You will be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with their TV and streaming platforms while ensuring they maximize the value of their services. Your Daily Responsibilities Customer Assistance: Resolve various inquiries regarding account subscriptions, billing details, and basic technical configurations. Consult & Enhance: Identify opportunities to improve a customer's entertainment experience by recommending service upgrades or better packages. Relationship Management: Deliver professional, friendly service that ensures every customer feels respected and heard. Team Synergy: Work closely with mentors and colleagues in a high-intensity office setting, fostering a supportive team atmosphere. Who You Are We prioritize potential and mindset over a long resume.
