We are currently seeking Project Managers at the Assistant, Intermediate, and Senior levels for anticipated upcoming projects. These roles support major institutional, commercial, and industrial capital projects delivered within the standards, governance frameworks, and public accountability expectations. Successful candidates will join a high‑performance team delivering schools, healthcare facilities, civic buildings, utilities, industrial, facilities, and other public‑sector infrastructure across Alberta. Responsibilities Develop and manage project execution plans, stage‑gate documentation, approval packages, and audit‑ready records. Provide transparent, data‑driven reporting on scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issues to support informed decision‑making. Lead structured cost, schedule, and risk management processes, including forecasting, earned value tracking, and contingency management. Coordinate engagement with municipalities, user groups, regulatory bodies, design teams, contractors, and government stakeholders. Support public procurement activities, including tender documentation, evaluations, contract administration, and compliance with trade agreements. Ensure strong health, safety, environmental, and building code compliance; monitor contractor performance and enforce safety expectations. Drive project delivery excellence through best‑practice controls, quality management, continuous improvement, and value‑for‑money considerations. Qualifications Experience delivering a variety of institutional, commercial, industrial or facilities construction projects, ideally in the public‑sector environment. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience in planning and executing projects in the consultancy sector, with knowledge of property project management and multiple project delivery methods (e.g., design build, construction manager at risk).
