About the Role Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen market presence across a designated region. This individual will lead strategic sales initiatives, develop strong client and partner relationships, and help expand the companys footprint in the market. While sales leadership is the primary focus, this role also offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to help shape broader business strategy. Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales plans, leading and motivating a sales team, managing commercial channels such as manufacturer reps, dealers, consultants, chefs, restaurant operators, installers, and direct accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves reviewing project specifications, defining product configurations, negotiating agreements and discounts, tracking sales performance, and representing the company at trade shows and industry events. Travel of up to 50%, including overnight stays, is required. Requirements 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the commercial restaurant equipment industry Manufacturer-side experience strongly preferred 2+ years of management experience Experience in new business development and new product introduction preferred Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to manage multiple channels, accounts, and sales initiatives Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AutoQuote or similar software experience is a plus Associate degree preferred; Bachelors degree or MBA is a plus Ability to travel up to 50% Compensation & Benefits: Salary annually, DOE Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Paid Parental LeavePlace of work
