Key Responsibilities Review platform content, user requests, and system alerts to ensure they meet internal guidelines ( non-sensitive content ) Consistently apply company policies and procedures to uphold platform quality and reliability Accurately record actions taken and update case information in internal systems Detect errors, inconsistencies, or areas for process improvement, and escalate when necessary Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of cases and aligned workflows Stay up to date with policy updates, tools, and operational procedures Provide insights and feedback to support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and overall efficiency Qualifications Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level) . Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card . Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
