Regional Practice Manager – Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote/work from home). Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. Job Type: W2. Full Time. Pay Range: Starting from $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full Description: Photon Medical Group is seeking an experienced Regional Practice Manager to oversee our portfolio of corporate clinics while also supporting direct patient care as needed. This role will be based in our Princeton, New Jersey clinic and will be responsible for managing operations at that site, in addition to providing administrative oversight for our clinics in Atlanta and California. These onsite clinics operates within a professional corporate environment and provides employees with convenient access to routine healthcare services, including wellness visits, minor illness care, vaccinations, and preventive services. This role is responsible for ensuring clinics run smoothly, teams are supported, and services are delivered consistently across all locations. You'll serve as a key point of contact for both internal teams and client partners, helping to address challenges, improve processes, and maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities: Leadership & Operations Oversee daily operations across three clinic locations (NJ, GA, CA) ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant care delivery. Lead and support clinical and administrative teams, including hiring, performance management, and staff development. Serve as primary liaison to client Health, Safety & Environment team, addressing operational concerns and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Drive operational improvements, workflow optimization, and implementation of clinical and technology initiatives. Partner with internal teams (HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement) to support clinic operations and strategic goals. Develop and maintain policies and procedures aligned with industry standards. Manage medical supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations. Monitor clinic performance and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Clinical Care Provide direct patient care as needed. Support workplace health programs such as vaccinations, screenings, and wellness initiatives. Assist with vaccine administration, specimen collection, and basic medical testing procedures as needed. Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation. Respond to patient inquiries via phone and patient portal within established timeframes. Promote patient engagement and participate in employee wellness activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, nursing, or related field required; Master's preferred. Active and unrestricted RN license in New Jersey required; NP license preferred, with flexibility to function in an RN capacity while utilizing NP scope as needed for clinical coverage. Current active basic life support (BLS or ACLS) certification required. Minimum 5 years of management experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare (internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room setting preferred). Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance. Proven leadership and team management skills. Experience leading complex projects and operational improvements. Understanding of healthcare systems, financial operations, and insurance structures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to reliably commute to Princeton, NJ. We do not provide relocation packages or visa sponsorship.
