Distances to Nearby Cities: Cedar Rapids, IA: ~30 minutes north Davenport, IA: ~1 hour east Des Moines, IA: ~2 hours west Position Details: Start Date: Immediate Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Experience Needed: 2–3 years preferred Preferred Skills: Crowns and Dentures Implants and Bone Grafting Interest in expanding implant placement skills Patient Information: Caseload: Primarily adult patients Payor Mix: PPO/FFS (No Medicaid or HMO) Office Information: Operatories: 5 Charting Software: Dentrix (fully digital office) Technology and Equipment: Digital X-rays, Pano, and iTero scanner CEREC available Plans to incorporate CBCT and 3D printing Open to adding new technology to support clinical growth Procedures Offered: Restorative Dentistry (Crowns, Dentures) Posterior Endodontics Implant Placement Extractions Invisalign Team and Mentorship: Current Team: 1 dentist (with plans to expand) 2 dental assistants per dentist 2 hygienists (adding a third) 1–2 front desk team members Mentorship: Available and encouraged Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: $200,000 (equivalent to ~$1,000/day) Production Bonus: 32% of collections up to $65K/month 35% of collections above that threshold Additional Perks: Partnership opportunity after 12 months Additional incentives and growth opportunities Why This Opportunity?
