About the position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Assistant to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions. You will assist with data management, coordination of tasks, documentation, and communication across departments in a fully virtual environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while supporting a distributed team. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams and management Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records Coordinate schedules, meetings, and task tracking across departments Monitor workflows and help ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and operational logs Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Assist with onboarding documentation and general team coordination Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred) 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or similar role Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (valid U.S. work permit required) Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment Familiarity with project management or task tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) Basic knowledge of data reporting and workflow coordination Experience supporting cross-functional teams Compensation Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week What We Offer Fully remote work environment Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly compensation Opportunities for growth and career development Collaborative and supportive team culturePlace of work
