Intern - Graphic Designer

About the position

Key Responsibilities Assist in designing digital visual assets such as social media graphics, banners, presentations, infographics, and email creatives Support the development of visual content for digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, and internal platforms Work closely with the marketing and design teams to execute tasks based on approved briefs and brand guidelines Support the marketing team in maintaining brand consistency across all visual materials Contribute creative ideas and design concepts for ongoing and upcoming campaigns Assist with basic video editing and simple animations, when required Support day-to-day creative tasks assigned by marketing or design leads Learn and assist in basic digital marketing activities, including content scheduling and simple performance tracking Utilize AI-enabled design tools, where applicable, to support creative production and improve efficiency under guidance Incorporate feedback constructively and continuously improve design quality and skills Person Specifications Undergraduate or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field Prior internship or academic project experience in design will be an advantage Basic understanding of graphic design principles Awareness of brand guidelines and visual consistency Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content formats Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is an added advantage Basic to intermediate skills in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy Ability to follow briefs and apply feedback effectively Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Willingness to learn and develop professional skills Positive, proactive, and open to feedback Attention to detail and commitment to quality Enthusiastic and responsible approach to work
