Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all finishing department activities to meet production schedules and quality standards. Ensure all finished products adhere to established quality specifications through regular inspection and process control. Demonstrated ability to manage production schedules, optimize workflow, and meet output targets. Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality control standards and safety protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide and motivate a production team. Bonus Qualifications Experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen). Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Certification or specialized training in a specific finishing technique (e.g., powder coating, precision assembly, automated testing). Proven track record in training and developing production team members.
