Key Responsibilities Direct all manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain management. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve production targets, operational efficiency, and business growth. Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L) statement, budget, and financial performance. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all functional departments. Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing principles, and process optimization efforts. Oversee capital expenditure projects, facility maintenance, and resource allocation. Recommended Qualifications Proven leadership and operational management experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L responsibility and budget management. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma). Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve operational and business growth objectives. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
