Job Title: Laboratory Assistant Job#1211 Location: Bentonville, AR Onsite Position Type: Contract W2 Duration: 3/23/2026 – 5/15/2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | 40 hours/week Overview TalentFish is casting a line for a Laboratory Assistant to support laboratory testing and analysis activities within a scientific environment. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong foundation in laboratory processes, data recording, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate brings attention to detail, the ability to follow structured test procedures, and a collaborative mindset when working with engineers and laboratory staff. Responsibilities Support laboratory operations by processing samples, conducting tests, and recording results Build or adapt basic test setups and equipment for performance testing Execute tests using standard laboratory equipment and defined test plans Accurately document, analyze, and report test results, including charts and graphs Interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and operational instructions Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness of work areas Input and extract data using laboratory systems and computer software Communicate effectively with internal teams and, when needed, customers during testing processes Collaborate with engineers and technical staff to review and validate results Apply continuous improvement practices to enhance testing and reporting processes Follow all safety, security, and compliance standards Qualifications Prefer Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field, HS diploma/GED minimum. Experience or exposure to laboratory environments and equipment Strong report writing and documentation skills Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions Familiarity with laboratory information systems and data entry tools Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking Ability to follow structured processes and work under supervision Compensation Information The expected salary range for this position is $14 - $17 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
