Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical support and guidance for product integration and application in manufacturing environments. Analyze customer manufacturing processes and recommend optimal product solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Conduct product demonstrations, pilot projects, and training sessions for customers and internal teams on new technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product performance and application on production lines. Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to provide customer feedback and drive product improvements. Develop and document application notes, best practices, and technical guides for manufacturing specific use cases. Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and software. Recommended Qualifications Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, automation, robotics, additive manufacturing). Proficiency with CAD/CAM software for design, simulation, and programming. Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex technical challenges and develop practical engineering solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical explanations and customer engagement. Experience providing technical support, demonstrations, or training in a manufacturing environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., additive manufacturing, robotics, AI/ML in manufacturing). Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Python, R, Power BI) for manufacturing process optimization. Prior experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering capacity. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
