About the position
Mercor is hiring on behalf of a leading AI research lab for a Mandarin Quality Assurance (QA) Expert with healthcare experience (nurses preferred, not required). This is a short-term, part-time project (3–4 days per week, ~100 conversations per week) lasting 2–3 weeks. You will evaluate Mandarin-language healthcare conversations to ensure medical accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in AI-generated systems. Responsibilities Review ~100 Mandarin-language healthcare conversations weekly Assess medical appropriateness and communication quality Provide written QA feedback Flag linguistic or safety concerns Participate in daily EOD check-ins Requirements Native or near-native Mandarin fluency Professional healthcare background (nurse preferred) Strong written feedback skills High attention to detail Engagement Details 30-minute onboarding 3–4 days per week 2–3 week engagement Continuous scenario testingPlace of work
