Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians and operators. Ensure daily production schedules, quality standards, and output targets are consistently met. Train, mentor, and develop assembly personnel on processes, safety, and quality procedures. Monitor assembly line performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing all company safety policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Engineering, Materials) to resolve production issues. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Recommended Qualifications Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Strong technical understanding of assembly processes, tools, and equipment. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) and continuous improvement. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
