Photolithography Process Senior/ Engineer

About the position

Summary •To design and develop advanced photolithography processes and materials tailored to customer product requirements, optimize process performance and yield, and ensure robust and reliable production in semiconductor advanced packaging. Job • Design and development of photolithography processes and materials • Installation and optimization of lithography equipment • Propose customized process solutions based on customer needs • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions • Prepare detailed process documentation, SOPs, and development reports • Apply DOE, SPC, and other methodologies to enhance process stability and reduce variation • Directly impacts yield and performance of advanced packaging products including 2.5D/3D, TSV, and fan-out technologies • Participates in equipment evaluation and material selection that affect CapEx and process capability • Supports product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction through process development and stabilization Requirement • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in photolithography process development • Strong knowledge of lithography techniques, photoresist chemistry, and exposure systems • Proficient in data analysis tools (JMP, MATLAB, Excel) All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
