About the position

We are looking for an organized and client-focused Luxury Travel Consultant to assist clients with planning high-quality travel experiences and coordinating detailed itineraries. This role focuses on research, communication, and planning coordination to ensure every travel arrangement is prepared efficiently. In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble personalized travel plans. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining accurate planning records. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates and confirmations when needed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing thoughtful planning support and helping clients organize memorable travel experiences.
