In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble well-structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized documentation. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation when adjustments occur. This role emphasizes reliability, strong organizational skills, and professional client service while helping travelers prepare seamless travel experiences.
