We are seeking a reliable and organized Travel Experience Advisor to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements from start to finish. This role focuses on communication, research, and coordination to ensure each travel experience is prepared efficiently and clearly documented. In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble structured travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized planning records. You will also assist clients with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and documentation needs when required. This role emphasizes dependable coordination and strong client support while helping travelers prepare memorable experiences.
