Position Business Development Representative Location Krakow, Poland Hybrid model: 3 days office / 2 days remote Start Date 7 April 2026 Languages German (fluent) English B2+ Salary 11,000 PLN gross per month Bonus Quarterly performance bonus starting from: 5,000 PLN gross (based on performance targets) Working Hours Monday – Friday Flexible start between 07:00 and 10:00 What you will do Identify and engage potential business clients Support companies in adopting innovative cloud solutions Build strong client relationships Collaborate with an international sales team Requirements German fluent level English B2 or higher Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience Interest in technology and cloud solutions Willingness to relocate to Poland Additional Benefits 3 weeks paid product training Hybrid working model after training Residence card support International work environment Career growth in the tech industry Relocation Support One-time relocation reimbursement: 2600 PLN Interested?
