The Role: Travelinfo Visa & Account Executive The purpose of this role is to manage a dual portfolio consisting of international visa research and account management. The role exists to ensure the accuracy and credibility of a trusted information platform for travel agents while maintaining and renewing an allocated portfolio of advertising clients. Key Responsibilities Verify international visa requirements on a structured six-week cycle through direct embassy engagement and source documentation. Maintain allocated supplier pages to a Zero Outdated Information standard. Manage and renew an allocated portfolio of advertising clients. Conduct client meetings and manage renewals with professionalism and discipline. Maintain clear records using spreadsheet tracking and CRM logging for meetings and important communications. Adopt a business-to-business mindset in all client and industry engagements. Experience in travel operations, account management, or structured research is advantageous. About You Detail-oriented and process-driven. Confident communicator with embassies and business clients. Organised, accountable, and comfortable with targets.
