Paid Ads Specialist (Lead Generation) | Remote

About the position

Job Overview: We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to drive high-quality leads through performance marketing campaigns. You will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate client and candidate leads globally. What Will You Do: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns. Manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Create and test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies. Optimize campaigns for Cost per Lead (CPL) and conversion rate. Implement tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports. Collaborate with the design and social media team to improve ad creatives. What Makes You A Good Fit: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid ads Proven experience generating leads via paid campaigns. Strong knowledge of ad platforms and analytics tools. Experience optimizing funnels and conversion tracking. Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making. Experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.
