Job Description – Manager, Talent Acquisition | ARTHAN Experience 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role. Proven experience in account management and leading teams. Exposure to or interest in the social impact space is a plus. Education Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field. Masters degree is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing recruitment team to achieve targets. Manage and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery and satisfaction. Drive recruitment strategies, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes for clients. Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives and support growth. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Provide strategic input to enhance processes, improve client experience, and support organizational goals. Utilize recruitment tools, CRM systems, and MS Office applications effectively. Core Competencies Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and mentor team members. Client Relationship Management: Strong track record of managing and nurturing client partnerships. Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan, think ahead, and align recruitment strategies with client needs. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, candidates, and internal teams. Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving performance goals and delivering high-quality outcomes. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment software or CRM tools (preferred).
