About the position
Responsibilities Attend to customer enquiries via hotline calls, emails, and walk-in customers. Process customer orders, enrolments, and purchase transactions through various sales channels. Prepare daily sales reports and verify payments received against transactions and stock records. Check invoices against order forms to ensure accuracy of entries. Issue products to customers and coordinate packing of goods for delivery or courier services. Coordinate with courier providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders. Perform daily stock counts, assist with stock replenishment, and maintain proper inventory records. Provide after-sales support and handle basic repair coordination when required. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in customer service, counter sales, or sales administration. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications.
