Production Supervisor (up to $2,800 + AWS + Bonus | no OT | 5.5 days)

About the position

Responsibilities Lead, train, and coach production team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee daily production planning including purchasing coordination, inventory control, stock management, and work scheduling. Participate in and supervise the production process from raw material preparation to final product completion. Monitor and troubleshoot production machinery and ensure proper maintenance and cleaning. Manage the manufacturing workflow from material purchase, withdrawal, issuance, and handover to warehouse. Maintain and update records within internal systems and ensure production data accuracy. Maintain ISO documentation and support internal and external audit processes. Coordinate with other departments to ensure production activities run according to schedule. Requirements Diploma qualification; Engineering, Chemical, or Chemistry background will be an advantage. At least 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Good communication skills with the ability to train and guide team members.
