We are looking for Greek-speaking Content Moderators who are detail-oriented and capable of making rational, fair decisions when reviewing online content. In this role, you will help maintain platform integrity by ensuring user-generated content complies with community guidelines and marketplace standards. What You'll Do Review and moderate user-generated content and listings in Greek Ensure platform content complies with community standards and policies Identify and remove non-compliant or inappropriate content Apply local market knowledge when making moderation decisions Maintain accuracy and productivity while managing moderation queues Handle high moderation volumes during promotion and peak traffic periods What We're Looking For C1/C2 Greek (mandatory) English B2 or higher Strong analytical and moderation skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to make objective and rational decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces Work Schedule 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Monday – Sunday) Shift options: 07:00 – 16:00 14:00 – 23:00 22:30 – 07:30 Days Off: 2 rotational days per week Salary & Benefits Base Salary: €920 gross × 14 months Attendance Bonus: €45/month × 11 months Meal Allowance: €7.63/day Welcome Bonus: €1,500 (paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year) Additional benefits: Health insurance from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months) Paid training and onboarding International working environment in Lisbon If you're ready to start an international career in Lisbon and help create a safer digital community, apply now and become part of a global team where your language skills truly make an impact...
