Experienced Litigation Paralegal – Parsippany, NJ (Onsite) Location: Parsippany, NJ | Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire | Salary: $60,000+/year (DOE) Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This hands-on role requires expertise in case management, drafting pleadings, and supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate is independent, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex litigation cases from start to finish Draft complaints, motions, discovery documents, and other legal pleadings Conduct background reviews and discovery requests Manage attorney calendars and coordinate case timelines Prepare and document billing narratives to support attorney hours Qualifications: 5+ years litigation paralegal experience (must include discovery, background reviews, and MS Office proficiency) Strong drafting skills and ability to manage cases independently Billing experience and understanding of narrative documentation Personal injury experience preferred (especially if aligned with billing procedures) Must be able to work onsite in Parsippany, NJ Why Join Us: Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional litigation environment Collaborative team culture with independent responsibilities Competitive salary with growth potential
