About the position

We are seeking a reliable and organized Group Travel Coordinator to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements for individuals and groups. This role focuses on research, communication, and planning support to ensure each itinerary is prepared clearly and efficiently. In this position, you will communicate with clients to understand travel goals, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized documentation. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation when changes occur. This role emphasizes reliability, organization, and strong customer service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
