We are seeking a dependable and organized Travel Experience Planner to assist clients with researching and coordinating travel arrangements from start to finish. This role focuses on communication, research, and planning support to ensure travel plans are prepared efficiently and clearly documented. In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble structured travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized planning records. You will also assist clients with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and documentation needs when required. This role emphasizes dependable coordination and strong client service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
