About the position

We are seeking an organized and client-focused Destination Travel Consultant to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel arrangements. This role focuses on research, communication, and detailed planning support to ensure each travel experience is organized efficiently and clearly documented. In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble well-structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized documentation. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation when adjustments are required. This role emphasizes reliability, organization, and strong customer service while helping travelers prepare seamless and well-coordinated experiences.
