You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble personalized travel plans. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized records. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation needs before and during travel when necessary. This role emphasizes dependable coordination and thoughtful client support while helping travelers prepare memorable experiences.
