We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Travel Planning Specialist to assist clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating travel arrangements. This role centers on communication, organization, and planning support to ensure each travel experience is structured clearly and efficiently. In this position, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel goals, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble well-organized travel plans. Responsibilities include preparing itineraries, coordinating reservations, confirming travel details, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates and travel documentation when adjustments are required. This role emphasizes organization, reliability, and thoughtful customer service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
