Field Marketing Executive ( Contract)

About the position

Job brief To support product promotion and brand visibility through field marketing activities, retail engagement, and execution of promotional campaigns in assigned areas. Responsibilities Promote company products in assigned cities and market areas. Ensure availability and proper use of promotional materials. Execute brand activation activities such as canopy promotions and door-to-door (D2D) campaigns. Conduct product sampling activities and achieve sampling and sales targets. Visit retailers regularly, take orders, and support product availability in outlets. Provide market feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities. Prepare simple reports on daily field activities and sales performance. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in field marketing, sales promotion, or related work. Experience in promotional campaigns and retail engagement is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and persuasion ability Ability to work independently in the field Basic reporting skills Working Conditions Primarily field-based with frequent travel within assigned territories. May require weekend or event-based work depending on promotional activities.
