In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble well-structured travel itineraries. Responsibilities include assisting with reservation coordination, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized records. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation needs when adjustments occur. This role focuses on reliable service and structured coordination rather than sales activity.
