Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping). Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Conduct process analysis, time studies, and bottleneck identification to optimize production flow. Develop, implement, and standardize work procedures and best practices across production lines. Train and mentor production teams on Lean tools, principles, and problem-solving techniques. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and lead time, driving corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, design) to implement Lean solutions. Design and implement visual management systems to enhance communication and operational control. Recommended Qualifications Deep understanding and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban). Proven experience in leading process improvement and waste reduction initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making and root cause analysis. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams to implement operational changes effectively. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
