Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of machinists, providing technical guidance and support. Set up, operate, and program complex CNC machinery for precision part production. Inspect finished parts to ensure adherence to strict quality standards and blueprints. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues, optimizing machine performance and efficiency. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine manufacturing processes. Ensure all machining operations comply with safety regulations and company policies. Recommended Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience (5+ years preferred) with CNC and manual machining operations. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train a team of machinists effectively. Proficiency in G-code programming, CAM software, and interpreting complex blueprints. Expertise in precision measurement tools and maintaining tight tolerances for critical components. Strong troubleshooting skills for machining processes, equipment, and quality issues.
