Key Responsibilities Perform detailed quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) to verify specifications. Document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality records. Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating containment and corrective actions. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and quality control plans to ensure compliance. Conduct visual inspections for defects, damage, and adherence to aesthetic standards. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to investigate and resolve quality discrepancies. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications (e.g., GD&T). Demonstrated skill in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Strong understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing inspection processes. Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately identify and document defects or non-conformances. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing quality inspection or related technical role. Basic computer proficiency for data entry, report generation, and operating inspection software.
