Key Responsibilities Direct overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets. Manage the P&L, develop budgets, and ensure financial goals are met. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a senior leadership or general management role within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated P&L responsibility and strong financial management acumen. Track record of implementing and sustaining continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans to drive operational excellence and growth. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
