Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily finishing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards. Manage, train, and evaluate finishing department personnel, fostering a productive and safe work environment. Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure finished products adhere to specifications. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues within the finishing process. Maintain and monitor finishing equipment, ensuring proper operation and scheduling preventative maintenance. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the finishing area. Track and report on finishing department performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in various manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, assembly, polishing, inspection). Strong understanding and application of quality control principles and standards. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team. Proficiency in problem-solving and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
