Supervise, train, and mentor fabrication technicians. Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality specifications and standards. Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to meet deadlines. Implement and enforce safety procedures and policies within the fabrication area. Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. Collaborate with engineering and production planning to resolve issues and improve processes. Recommended Qualifications Strong technical proficiency in various fabrication methods (welding, cutting, forming) and blueprint interpretation. Proven leadership skills with experience managing, training, and motivating a team of fabricators. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and enforcing strict safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for fabrication processes and equipment. Proficiency in operating and maintaining a diverse range of fabrication machinery.
