General Manager – Premium Fitness Studio 📍 Dublin 💰 €47,000 + Bonus + Benefits We’re working with an exciting, premium fitness brand to find a standout General Manager to lead one of their flagship studios in Dublin. The Role As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of studio performance, team leadership, and client experience. You’ll be the driving force behind a thriving, community-focused environment while delivering strong commercial results. What You’ll Be Doing Leadership & Team Development Lead, inspire, and develop a multi-functional team across front of house, retail, and operations Recruit, onboard, and coach team members to deliver best-in-class service Conduct performance reviews and create clear development pathways Build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team culture Operations & Commercial Performance Take full accountability for studio P&L and performance metrics Manage rotas and labour costs in line with budgets Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery across all departments Maintain exceptional studio standards through regular audits and proactive maintenance Customer Experience & Community Create an outstanding client journey from entry to exit Partner with marketing teams to drive local engagement and brand awareness Lead on member acquisition and retention strategies Be the face of the brand within the local fitness community What We’re Looking For Proven track record of delivering commercial results and hitting KPIs A natural leader who develops and motivates teams Strong business acumen, including budgeting and cost control Passion for health, fitness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused The Person You’re energetic, resilient, and thrive in a busy, people-driven environment.
