Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in production machinery and facilities. Develop and implement electrical safety procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Manage installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new electrical equipment and systems. Optimize existing electrical infrastructure for improved efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Provide technical support for PLC programming, HMI development, and automation initiatives. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in industrial control systems, including PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens), HMI, and SCADA. Strong understanding of industrial power distribution, motor control, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and machinery in a manufacturing environment. Experience with electrical schematic design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN). Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA) and compliance. Experience with process instrumentation and sensor integration. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency with PLC/HMI programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens). Experience with industrial robotics integration and programming. Familiarity with SCADA or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET). Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
