Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and raw materials. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams. Participate actively in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes of variances, and implement corrective actions. Utilize demand planning software and statistical modeling techniques. Incorporate new product introductions and product lifecycle changes into demand plans. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and statistical skills, with an understanding of various forecasting methodologies. Experience participating in or leading S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced statistical modeling or machine learning techniques for forecasting. Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for presenting insights. Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP). Experience participating in S&OP process improvement initiatives.
