Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned product categories. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to gather market intelligence and align on demand plans. Participate in the S&OP process, presenting demand forecasts and highlighting key assumptions and risks. Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes for significant variances and implementing corrective actions. Manage demand planning for new product introductions and product discontinuations. Utilize and optimize demand planning software and statistical modeling tools. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar supply chain role within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and trend analysis. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting. Solid understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and inventory management principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional engagement and stakeholder alignment.
