Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical product information clearly. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, product specifications, or supply chain operations. Demonstrated ability to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently. Proficiency in using CRM software and ERP systems for order management and customer data. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with manufacturing processes or industrial products. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management or inventory. Understanding of supply chain logistics or shipping procedures. Ability to interpret technical documentation or product specifications.
