Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing operations. Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles. Mentor and coach teams in problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis. Drive the cultural adoption of a continuous improvement mindset throughout the organization. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and ROI. Standardize improved processes and ensure their sustained implementation. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent Lean/CI certification. Expert-level proficiency in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma (DMAIC), Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization. Demonstrated ability to lead change, facilitate workshops, and mentor cross-functional teams. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies or digital transformation initiatives. Proficiency in advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, Tableau). Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR). Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
