Key Responsibilities Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with manufacturing goals. Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events to optimize production processes. Coach and mentor employees at all levels on CI methodologies and tools. Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottleneck areas using data-driven approaches. Drive the implementation of sustainable solutions and standardized work across operations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project effectiveness and ROI. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and employee engagement. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred). Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project completion. Expertise in data analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies. Excellent communication, training, and change management abilities.
