Location: Lisbon Work Model: On-Site Schedule 24/7 rotational shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 14:00 – 23:00 22:30 – 07:30 2 rotational days off Responsibilities Review and moderate online content Ensure platform compliance with policies Remove or flag inappropriate content Maintain high quality and safety standards Handle large moderation queues during campaigns Requirements Fluency in Czech and English Strong analytical and decision-making skills Ability to work with sensitive content Attention to detail Customer service mindsetPlace of work
