Production Planning Manager

About the position

Job Description: Develop long-term and short-term plans, balancing supply and demand to optimize operational efficiency. Monitor and control production plans of sewing lines to ensure production is executed according to schedule and meets committed delivery deadlines. Oversee raw material and accessories import planning to ensure adequate storage capacity and timely supply for production needs. Manage and train team members to ensure they meet required professional knowledge and skill standards. Handle and resolve issues arising during production related to production planning and order obstacles. Further details will be discussed during the interview. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Management, Textile and Garment, or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong data analysis skills. Good communication skills in English. Dynamic, decisive, and proactive. At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
