Senior Software Engineer

About the position

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain .NET-based desktop applications used in long-term customer projects. You will take ownership of technical analysis and architectural decisions, work closely with cross-functional Agile teams, and ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions aligned with customer requirements. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain .NET desktop applications (C#, WPF, SQL) Take ownership of technical analysis and architectural decisions Collaborate with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams Ensure high code quality and enforce best practices Contribute to internal standards and continuous improvement Maintain clear technical documentation and support handovers Act as a technical point of contact for applications when needed Requirements Strong experience with .NET, WPF, and SQL databases Proven experience in software architecture and clean code principles Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong Git knowledge Fluent English Nice to have Dutch (professional level) Experience with mobile development Exposure to 3D graphics or geometry-heavy applications Coaching or mentoring experience Benefits Permanent contract Hybrid setup (2-3 remote days/week after the first 6 months) Meal vouchers Company car or mobility budget Pension plan and medical insurance Eco vouchers
