We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining information in our digital databases and systems. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable performing routine computer tasks. As a remote team member, you will work from home and help ensure that company records are accurate and up to date. The role mainly involves typing, reviewing information, and organizing digital files. Key Responsibilities Enter and update data in company databases and spreadsheets Type information from documents into digital systems Review data for accuracy and correct any errors Maintain and organize digital records and files Verify information before submitting data entries Follow company procedures for data accuracy and confidentiality Communicate with team members if information needs clarification Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar programs) Ability to type accurately and efficiently Strong attention to detail Reliable internet connection Good time-management and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Benefits 100% remote work (work from home) Flexible work schedule Entry-level friendly position Competitive hourly pay Paid training provided
